巴西 Inmetro于 2017年 4月公布官方文件 002，所有 371法令下的带待机模式的家电产品 EMC测试为强制。该指令为 Inmetro强制，对 371/09法令暂时不会造成冲击，因为 IEC 60335-1的 19.11.4条款已经对 EMC测试提出了要求。该指令从 2017年 4月开始生效。
The official letter 002/Dconf of 04/April/2017 of INMETRO inform that all household appliance under Decree 371 that stay in stand-by the EMC tests is mandatory. The decree 371/09 did not suffer any modification in this moment, as you can check on the standard IEC 60335-1 the item 19.11.4 request the EMC tests. This document will start to be valid in 04/April/2017, because is a mandatory information from INMETRO.
